Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks and implementation roadmaps for operational optimization
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive presentations to drive consensus
- Mentor junior consultants through project delivery and skill development
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform client strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution

Qualifications
- 7+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.)
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) from a globally recognized institution
- Proven track record of delivering $1M+ consulting engagements
- Expertise in process optimization, digital transformation, or M&A integration
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with quantitative aptitude
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Professional certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred
