Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite executives in FTSE 100 companies
- Design and implement transformational strategies using proprietary frameworks
- Manage cross-functional teams of 5-8 consultants across multiple jurisdictions
- Present findings to boards and senior stakeholders through executive storytelling
- Develop proprietary intellectual property in emerging markets and digital transformation
- Mentor junior consultants through structured development programs
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and client relationships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or quantitative discipline from a top-tier university
- 5+ years of management consulting experience at a Big 4 or MBB firm
- Proven track record leading complex engagements in financial services or technology
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Python, Tableau)
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Professional certification (PMP, CFA, or Six Sigma) preferred
- Fluency in English and at least one other European language
