Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements including diagnostic analysis, solution design, and implementation support

- Manage cross-functional teams of 5-8 consultants across global project delivery
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Drive client relationship expansion through proactive value delivery and thought leadership
- Mentor junior consultants through structured feedback and skills development programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, etc.)
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) from a leading institution
- Proven track record in leading transformation projects across multiple industries
- Expertise in strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder management experience at executive level
- Professional certification (PMP, CFA, or Six Sigma) preferred
