Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements spanning strategy formulation, implementation roadmapping, and change management
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis using advanced frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, PESTLE)
- Develop actionable recommendations for C-level stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology domains
- Manage project delivery timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining accountability for deliverables and client satisfaction
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field from a top-tier institution
- 5+ years of management consulting experience with Big 4 or strategy firms
- Proven expertise in digital transformation, M&A integration, or operational restructuring
- Exceptional financial modeling and data visualization skills (Advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Fluency in English with additional European language proficiency highly valued
- Strong presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Professional certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, or CFA) preferred
