Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy complex machine learning models.
- Optimize inference speed and resource utilization for large-scale models.
- Collaborate with data scientists to define model architecture and training strategies.
- Implement MLOps pipelines for automated model retraining and deployment.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and A/B testing to improve model performance.
- Stay current with the latest research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with LLMs, Transformers, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of statistics, linear algebra, and optimization theory.
