Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms, with a focus on Generative AI and NLP.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and cost-efficiency using techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to build robust data pipelines and MLOps workflows.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and research to improve model accuracy and robustness.
- Translate complex research papers into production-ready code and architecture.
- Ensure model fairness, interpretability, and security compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, RNNs, GANs).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, calculus, and probability.
