Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and optimize complex deep learning models for predictive analytics and natural language processing.
- Production Deployment: Deploy models to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) ensuring high availability, low latency, and robust error handling via MLOps pipelines.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data engineers to curate high-quality datasets and establish data governance standards.
- Algorithm Optimization: Continuously research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior data scientists and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and product managers.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
