Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead cross-functional projects, collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and performance drivers.
- Build and maintain robust automated data pipelines to ensure high-quality, real-time data flow.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the refinement of our data engineering standards.
- Develop high-level dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to non-technical executive leadership.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI/ML technologies to keep the company at the industry forefront.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, or machine learning.
- Advanced proficiency in Python or R, with expertise in libraries like Pandas, Scikit-Learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Strong command of SQL and experience with cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
- Proven ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, compelling business narratives.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Spark or Databricks.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD for machine learning (MLOps) is highly preferred.
