Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy large-scale deep learning models in production environments.
- Optimize neural network architectures for latency-sensitive applications.

- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure production performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence through code reviews and technical architecture design.
- Stay current with emerging trends in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, data science, or MLOps.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of distributed computing (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray, or Spark).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) for high-performance computing.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production at scale.
