Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI product roadmaps and KPIs.
- Optimize neural network performance and inference latency for edge applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in MLOps and version control.
- Conduct deep-dive experiments to improve model accuracy and training efficiency.
- Stay at the forefront of the field by implementing cutting-edge research papers.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in production-grade machine learning pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with large-scale data processing tools like Spark or Flink.
- Proven track record of shipping AI features that impact millions of users.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
