- Conduct deep-dive analysis on model performance metrics and drive iterative improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in MLOps and clean code architecture.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research by evaluating emerging frameworks and LLM architectures.
- Lead technical roadmap discussions for upcoming product features.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proficiency in distributed computing environments (e.g., Spark, Ray, Kubernetes).
- Strong track record of deploying models into production at scale.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
