Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-level ML pipelines for quantum computing optimization
- Lead research initiatives in deep learning and neural network architectures
- Collaborate with quantum physicists to develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms
- Optimize model performance for real-time inference on distributed systems
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for ML development
- Publish research in top-tier AI/ML conferences and journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Published research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Proven track record deploying ML models at scale (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and algorithms
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
