Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for predictive analytics and autonomous systems
- Lead model development using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy ML models into production environments
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize model performance
- Mentor junior engineers and stay current with emerging AI research
- Translate complex business requirements into technical ML solutions
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years ML experience
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven track record deploying production-grade ML systems
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and software engineering
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow)
