Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models in production environments.
- Optimize neural network architectures for low-latency inference on distributed GPU clusters.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and foster a culture of rigorous code review and experimentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our flagship product suite.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to solve complex problems in computer vision and natural language processing.
- Manage end-to-end ML lifecycles from data preprocessing to model monitoring.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and CI/CD best practices for all ML pipelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, computer vision, or NLP.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI applications.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
