Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our proprietary technology stack.
- Optimize neural network architectures for performance, latency, and resource efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on complex datasets to extract actionable insights for model improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in MLOps and clean code architecture.
- Stay abreast of state-of-the-art research papers and implement novel techniques to maintain our competitive edge.
- Lead technical documentation and peer code reviews to ensure high-quality software output.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or computer vision.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of distributed computing and cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying models into production with successful real-world impact.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with GPU-accelerated computing and CUDA optimization is a significant advantage.
