Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms that power our core products.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends in deep learning and NLP.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate research into production-grade code.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency on large-scale distributed systems.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to publish research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) or open-source contributions.
