Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-throughput distributed training pipelines for large-scale models.
- Collaborate with research teams to optimize model architecture for inference latency.
- Manage data ingestion and preprocessing workflows using big data technologies.
- Maintain production monitoring systems for model drift and performance degradation.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our internal ML tooling and SDKs.
- Author technical documentation and whitepapers regarding model deployment best practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ML engineering or infrastructure development.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and framework expertise in PyTorch or JAX.
- Strong background in distributed computing (Kubernetes, Ray, or Spark).
- Proven experience deploying LLMs or Computer Vision models in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of shipping complex features.
