Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines in production environments.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to refine neural network architectures for NLP and Computer Vision.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for cloud-based microservices.
- Conduct advanced A/B testing and performance analysis on deployed AI models.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in MLOps and clean code.
- Contribute to the research and development of novel proprietary algorithms.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, specifically with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Extensive expertise in Python and proficiency in C++ for performance-critical components.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, vector databases, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
