In this role, you will spearhead the design and deployment of scalable deep learning models, working directly with our Principal Scientists to turn theoretical research into production-ready applications.

Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune complex deep learning models (NLP, Computer Vision, or RL).
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines and feature stores.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic research and implement novel techniques.
- Partner with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
