Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Collaborate with research scientists to translate experimental code into high-performance production systems.
- Optimize model inference latency and memory throughput for high-concurrency applications.
- Implement rigorous testing frameworks to ensure model robustness and safety.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in MLOps and clean code architecture.
- Analyze massive datasets to extract actionable insights for model refinement.
- Contribute to internal R&D roadmap strategy and technical architecture design.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade ML models.
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing (Spark, Ray, or Kubernetes).
- Strong background in algorithmic design and data structure efficiency.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
