Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade ML pipelines for medical imaging analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize model performance using advanced techniques like transfer learning and neural architecture search
- Lead model deployment and monitoring in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and stay updated on latest ML research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience building ML systems in production
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud ML platforms
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and algorithm design
- Proven track record of deploying computer vision or NLP models
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Sagemaker)
- Prior healthcare/medical domain knowledge highly desirable
