Responsibilities

- Conduct advanced research to improve model accuracy and data efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in MLOps and version control.
- Drive the roadmap for our proprietary data ingestion and training frameworks.
- Perform comprehensive A/B testing and performance analysis on deployed models.
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing and optimization techniques.
