Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize deep learning models for large-scale data processing and real-time inference.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate ML pipelines into production environments.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues in distributed computing environments.
- Present technical findings and model performance metrics to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and architectural discussions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning and AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision (depending on specialization).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
