Responsibilities

- Collaborate with research scientists to translate theoretical breakthroughs into scalable software solutions.
- Optimize model inference performance through quantization, pruning, and distributed training techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in MLOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Analyze massive datasets to identify patterns and refine training pipelines for increased model accuracy.
- Represent the engineering team in cross-departmental strategy meetings to align product goals with technical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in deep learning or machine learning engineering.
- Expertise in Python and major frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying ML models in high-concurrency production systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative research environment.
- Contribution to open-source AI projects or published research in tier-1 ML conferences is a significant plus.
