Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art deep learning models, specializing in NLP and Computer Vision.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Build and maintain high-performance MLOps pipelines to ensure models are scalable, reproducible, and efficient in production.
- Data Strategy: Work closely with data engineering teams to curate high-quality datasets and implement data governance frameworks.
- Deployment: Translate research prototypes into production-ready APIs and microservices using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by implementing the latest research papers and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, transformers, and optimization techniques.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with data-driven solutions.
