Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy robust machine learning models and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Conduct end-to-end model lifecycle management, from experimentation to production.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in deep learning and natural language processing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of statistics, probability, and algorithm design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
