Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience

- Published record in NLP, reinforcement learning, or quantum machine learning
- Proven experience deploying ML models at scale (>100M users)
- Strong background in statistical modeling and algorithm optimization
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
