Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines, focusing on Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Optimization: Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability to handle high-traffic production environments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate complex business problems into technical AI solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Research: Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating cutting-edge techniques into our product stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of neural networks, transformers, and statistical modeling.
- Infrastructure: Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to debug complex systems and solve high-stakes technical challenges.
