- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define ML-driven product roadmaps
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and statistical analysis for model validation
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in MLOps
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of ML engineering experience with proven portfolio
- Expertise in Python, distributed computing (Spark/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong foundation in algorithm design and statistical modeling
- Published research or patents in ML/AI domains preferred
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs to technical solutions
