Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy large-scale machine learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and feature engineering workflows.
- Implement MLOps best practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on algorithmic best practices.
- Research and integrate state-of-the-art NLP and Computer Vision techniques.
- Work closely with product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Proficiency in Python and deep expertise in deep learning frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed computing (Spark, Ray, or Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying ML models in high-traffic cloud production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex models to non-technical stakeholders.
