Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for real-time data processing and model deployment
- Lead research initiatives in deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex ML concepts into tangible features
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for ML development lifecycle
- Optimize model performance using distributed computing frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in ML
- Proven expertise in production-level ML systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
