Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models, specifically focusing on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
- Production Engineering: Collaborate with MLOps engineers to transition models from research to production environments (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
- Data Strategy: Work closely with data scientists to preprocess data and define feature engineering strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, LLMs, and generative AI techniques.
- MLOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-based ML infrastructure.
