Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning models and algorithms at scale.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and product engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure reliable model deployment and monitoring.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and NLP to integrate cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Data Science.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Docker) is a strong plus.
