Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for production systems
- Lead research and development of novel deep learning algorithms
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions
- Optimize model performance and scalability across distributed systems
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Stay current with emerging ML frameworks and research papers
- Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of production ML experience with Python/TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Expertise in computer vision, NLP, or reinforcement learning
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Publication record in top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience leading ML projects from prototype to production
