Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for NLP and Computer Vision tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and interpretability.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers on best practices in MLOps and model deployment.
- Optimize inference pipelines to ensure low-latency, high-throughput performance in real-time applications.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI field and implement novel architectures.
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and transformer models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning models.
