Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade ML pipelines using TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Lead research in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision domains
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions
- Optimize model performance and scalability for cloud deployment
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Stay current with emerging AI research and industry trends
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in ML engineering at scale
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and distributed computing
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production
- Strong problem-solving skills with complex data challenges
- Experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
