- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify performance bottlenecks and improve accuracy metrics.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in MLOps and automated testing.
- Research and implement cutting-edge advancements in transformer architectures and neural networks.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in distributed computing and experience with AWS or GCP infrastructures.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines for machine learning (MLOps).
- Proven ability to solve ambiguous problems and deliver high-quality production code.
