Responsibilities
- Architect, train, and deploy large-scale deep learning models into production environments.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize hardware utilization and model inference latency.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to solve complex problems in generative AI and computer vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in MLOps and codebase maintainability.
- Design and implement robust automated testing pipelines for data validation and model evaluation.
- Partner with product managers to translate technical capabilities into tangible user features.
- Contribute to internal AI strategy and technical roadmaps for next-generation product releases.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing production-grade machine learning models.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Solid understanding of distributed computing frameworks like Spark or Ray.
- Experience with cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud Vertex AI, or Azure ML).
- Strong track record of contributing to open-source projects or publishing academic papers.
