Responsibilities

- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model validation to ensure production reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices in MLOps.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of distributed computing and big data technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
