Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for real-time data processing
- Lead model development using deep learning, NLP, and computer vision techniques
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize model performance and conduct rigorous A/B testing
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to open-source projects
- Stay current with emerging AI research and industry trends
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of production ML experience with Python/TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Expertise in distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask)
- Strong statistical modeling and algorithm design skills
- Published research in AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Experience deploying models in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI systems
