Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of innovative learning experiences, from concept to deployment.
- Apply advanced instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and UX best practices to create highly engaging content.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, product managers, and engineers to translate complex topics into clear, actionable learning paths.
- Design and implement various learning modalities, including e-learning modules, virtual workshops, simulations, and blended learning programs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyze learning outcomes to continuously iterate and optimize design strategies.
- Develop detailed storyboards, scripts, and content outlines for multimedia learning assets.
- Champion accessibility and inclusivity standards across all learning materials.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in learning technology, instructional design, and educational research.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency with leading authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS).
- Demonstrated expertise in applying adult learning principles, cognitive psychology, and UX design methodologies to learning solutions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate learning effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex information.
- Experience with video production, graphic design, and interactive media development is a plus.
