Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise-level IT solutions for federal agencies.
- Ensure full compliance with FISMA, FedRAMP, and other security frameworks and government regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding developers, policy makers, and stakeholdersâto define technical requirements and project scopes.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for system vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and junior developers.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party system integrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; Masterâs degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT systems analysis within the public sector or a comparable government contractor environment.
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Deep expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
