Responsibilities
- Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for high-stakes federal IT modernization projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to FISMA, FedRAMP, and OMB Circular A-123 compliance standards.
- Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors, fostering a collaborative agile environment.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement with legislative bodies, agency heads, and the public.
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear business outcomes for non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Administration, or related field.
- PMP or PgMP certification required; ITIL v4 certification preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in project management within the government or public sector.
- Deep understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and government contracting processes.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and large-scale technical teams.
