National Infrastructure Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, mission-critical initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing large-scale technology implementations that directly impact national security and public safety.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure) for federal IT contracts.
- Ensure strict adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Information Security (FISMA) compliance standards.
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, security analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate regular sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive Agile delivery.
- Communicate complex technical status updates to senior leadership and government clients effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the public sector framework.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management within the Government or Public Sector.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven experience managing 6-figure+ budgets and multi-year contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
