- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the long-term editorial strategy of the newsroom.
- Manage production timelines to meet rigorous deadlines for both digital and print platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in investigative reporting at a major publication.
- Proven track record of publishing award-winning, high-impact investigative stories.
- Advanced proficiency in public records access, data journalism tools, and ethics.
