Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough research, document analysis, and data mining to support deep-dive reporting.
- Cultivate and maintain a diverse network of high-level sources and whistleblowers.
- Collaborate with editorial teams, fact-checkers, and legal counsel to ensure accuracy and ethical compliance.
- Produce high-quality, long-form narratives that translate complex information into compelling reader content.
- Utilize multimedia tools to enhance digital storytelling and audience engagement.
- Adhere to strict editorial standards and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in investigative or hard-news journalism.
- Proven portfolio of high-impact, published investigative reports.
- Advanced proficiency in public records requests, data analysis (Excel, SQL), and OSINT tools.
- Strong understanding of media law, libel, and ethical reporting standards.
- Exceptional narrative writing skills with an eye for detail.
