- Mentor junior journalists and contribute to editorial strategy discussions

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of professional journalism experience with proven investigative portfolio
- Demonstrated expertise in FOIA requests, public records research, and source protection
- Exceptional storytelling abilities across written, audio, and visual mediums
- Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Flourish)
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines
- Experience leading investigative teams and managing complex projects
- Portfolio showcasing impactful, nationally recognized work
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field
