Job Description
We are looking for a visionary and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to join our elite design team at Lumina Spaces. You will lead the creative direction for high-end residential and commercial projects, transforming client visions into sophisticated, functional realities.

Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual design and space planning for residential and commercial projects from inception to completion.
- Develop comprehensive design concepts, including mood boards, material palettes, and furniture selections.
- Create detailed construction documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
- Manage client relationships, presenting design proposals and revisions with professionalism and clarity.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and fabricators to ensure quality control during construction.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site design challenges.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 5+ years of professional experience in high-end residential or commercial design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and technical capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts.
- NCIDQ certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
