Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects including space planning, material selection, and FF&E specification
- Develop detailed design documentation, construction drawings, and 3D visualizations
- Manage client relationships and presentations with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Stay current with emerging design trends, sustainability practices, and building codes
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to studio innovation workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in high-end residential/commercial design
- NCIDQ certification required; LEED AP a strong advantage
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating luxury and sustainable design projects
- Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills
- Portfolio must showcase spatial innovation and material mastery
