Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for complex architectural projects
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and interior design systems integration
- Manage client relationships and project timelines from concept to completion
- Conduct site analysis, code compliance reviews, and feasibility studies
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and technical guidance
- Develop BIM models and construction documentation using Revit
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 8+ years progressive experience in architecture and interior design
- Registered Architect (NY license required)
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning residential/commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and sustainability standards
- Proven leadership managing project teams and client expectations
- Experience with FF&E specification and material sourcing
